Why have a blog?

Wondering why I've got a blog on my website? Read on and I'll explain why...

Being service based, this website shouldn't change too much however, I still want it to get discovered by future clients. So, by having a blog that talks about all things Digital Marketing, Social Media and Email Marketing, sprinkled with some thoughts and opinions on campaigns I love (and why!), it all ties together to show my expertise and promote the services I offer in a unique way. 

The blog is an informal way for me to share whats been going on that month, my take on a trend and anything that's worth talking about. I want it to feel like a voice note, chatty and casual. 

Social media trends come and go so quickly, whatever size your business is, it's so valuable to have a place where the content will stay. You've probably seen the news about TikTok potentially being banned in America, there's no reason why this couldn't happen to another platform. And who knows when we'll think of Instagram how millennials think of My Space. 

Don't underestimate long-form content for your business, whether that's a blog or newsletter. There's so much value in it!
